Our vehicles
Specified for Damascus streets, not a showroom
One vehicle platform, maintained by our own team and identified by a number you can read from a distance.
Specification
What the vehicle is
- Step-through frame with a wide deck, sized for everyday clothing and short trips.
- Swappable battery, so a vehicle is topped up in the street instead of disappearing for a day.
- Front and rear lighting and a reflective rear panel for evening visibility.
- Dual braking, wide tyres tuned for uneven city surfaces, and a mechanical bell.
- A readable fleet number and QR panel, so any vehicle can be reported in seconds.
- Inspected on a fixed cycle, and taken off the street when it fails a check.
Care
How a vehicle stays fit to ride
Battery swaps
Batteries are swapped in the field, so a vehicle is not taken off the street just to be charged.
Fleet number
Every vehicle carries a short number printed large on the frame — you can report or unlock using it.
Rebalancing
Vehicles are moved back to where people need them, and away from where they block the street.
Retirement
A vehicle that can no longer meet the check list is retired, not patched indefinitely.
Identification
You can always tell which vehicle you rode
- A QR code on the handlebar starts the ride.
- The fleet number appears on the frame, in the app and on your receipt.
- Reports are tied to a specific vehicle, so a fault is fixed on the right one.
- Every vehicle has a service history that the operations team can read on the spot.
Vehicle specifications are finalised with the supplier before a city opens, and the published specification is updated to match what is actually on the street.
