Coming soonSYIBE is preparing to launch. Riding is not yet publicly available.

How it works

Set up once. Then it is just scan and go.

Getting ready takes a few minutes and happens once. Every ride after that starts with a scan.

Before your first ride

Three things, once

01

Create your account

Enter your phone number and confirm the code we send you. That is your account.

02

Verify once

Add your identity document and a quick face check. It happens once and protects every rider and every vehicle.

03

Add a payment method

Top up your wallet or add a card. You see the estimated cost before every unlock.

Verification is a legal and safety requirement in the markets we are preparing for. What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is described in our privacy notices before you are asked for anything.

Every ride

Find → Scan → Ride → Park

01

Find

Open the app and see the vehicles around you on the map, with battery level and the distance to each one. Reserve one while you walk to it.

02

Scan

Scan the QR code on the handlebar or enter the vehicle number. A short check reminds you of the basics before the vehicle unlocks.

03

Ride

Ride at a calm speed, keep to the road rules of your city, and watch for slow zones the app shows you in advance.

04

Park

End your ride in a permitted parking area, stand the vehicle upright out of the way of people, and confirm with a photo. Your receipt appears right away.

  • Open the map and pick a vehicle — battery level and walking distance are shown.
  • Reserve it while you walk. The reservation is free for a short, visible window.
  • Scan the QR code on the handlebar, or enter the fleet number printed on the frame.
  • Confirm the short pre-ride check: brakes, tyres, lights, and that nothing is loose.
  • The vehicle unlocks and the ride begins. The app shows time and cost as you go.
  • Zone guidance warns you before a slow zone, a no-ride area or the edge of the service area.
  • End the ride in a permitted parking area, park upright, and confirm with a photo.
  • Your receipt appears immediately, with each charge on its own line, and stays in your history.

Ending well

Parking is part of the ride

A shared vehicle parked badly is a problem for everybody on the street. Parking is part of the ride, not an afterthought.

  • End your ride inside a permitted parking area shown on the map.
  • Stand the vehicle upright, wheels aligned, clear of walkways, doorways and ramps.
  • Never block a shopfront, a crossing, a bus stop or a wheelchair route.
  • Confirm with a photo — it protects you if the vehicle is moved later.
  • If a parking area is full, the app guides you to the nearest alternative.

Be first to ride
