Ride

Short trips, without the wait

SYIBE is for the trips that are too far to walk and too short to be worth a car: a few minutes, a few streets, no parking problem at the other end.

Good for

The trips people actually make

The last kilometre

From the bus or the taxi stand to your door, without waiting for anything.

Across the neighbourhood

Ten minutes of walking becomes three minutes of riding.

To class or work

A predictable trip that does not depend on traffic or parking a car.

Errands

Pause the ride while you are inside, then carry on.

In the app

Everything a ride needs

Map and reservation

See nearby vehicles, battery level and parking areas, and hold a vehicle while you walk to it.

One-time verification

Confirm your phone, your identity document and a payment method once, and ride afterwards without repeating it.

Wallet and receipts

Top up, see your balance, and keep every receipt and ride in your history.

Zone guidance

The app warns you before you enter a slow zone or leave the service area — not after.

Help and SOS

Report a damaged vehicle, open a support request, or reach our team urgently from inside a ride.

Arabic and English

The whole app works in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and in English. Switch any time.

Zones you will see

  • Service area — where riding is allowed.
  • Parking areas — where a ride can end.
  • Slow zones — the vehicle eases off automatically.
  • No-ride areas — you are warned before you reach them.

Where

Service areas

The exact service area of a city is published on this site and drawn on the map in the app before riding opens there.

Rules of the ride

Short, and all of them matter

  • Ride solo — one rider per vehicle, always.
  • Wear a helmet. Where local rules require one, the app will tell you before you unlock.
  • Never ride after drinking or when you are unwell.
  • Keep both hands on the handlebar and your phone in your pocket.
  • Give way to people on foot, always, everywhere.
  • Slow down on broken surfaces, tram lines, wet ground and at night.
  • If something feels wrong with the vehicle, stop and report it in the app.
  • End your ride inside a permitted parking area shown on the map.
  • Stand the vehicle upright, wheels aligned, clear of walkways, doorways and ramps.
  • Never block a shopfront, a crossing, a bus stop or a wheelchair route.
  • Confirm with a photo — it protects you if the vehicle is moved later.
  • If a parking area is full, the app guides you to the nearest alternative.

Be first to ride
