Find
Open the app and see the vehicles around you on the map, with battery level and the distance to each one. Reserve one while you walk to it.

Scan
Scan the QR code on the handlebar or enter the vehicle number. A short check reminds you of the basics before the vehicle unlocks.

Ride
Ride at a calm speed, keep to the road rules of your city, and watch for slow zones the app shows you in advance.

Park
End your ride in a permitted parking area, stand the vehicle upright out of the way of people, and confirm with a photo. Your receipt appears right away.
The vehicle
Made to be ridden every day
One vehicle platform, maintained by our own team and identified by a number you can read from a distance.
- Step-through frame with a wide deck, sized for everyday clothing and short trips.
- Swappable battery, so a vehicle is topped up in the street instead of disappearing for a day.
- Front and rear lighting and a reflective rear panel for evening visibility.
- Dual braking, wide tyres tuned for uneven city surfaces, and a mechanical bell.
- A readable fleet number and QR panel, so any vehicle can be reported in seconds.
- Inspected on a fixed cycle, and taken off the street when it fails a check.
Service area
You ride inside a published service area, park in marked areas, and the app warns you before you reach a zone boundary.
Safety
Ride calmly, and everyone gets home
Safety is a set of habits, not a slogan. Here is what we ask of every rider, and what we do on our side.
What we ask of you
- Ride solo — one rider per vehicle, always.
- Wear a helmet. Where local rules require one, the app will tell you before you unlock.
- Never ride after drinking or when you are unwell.
- Keep both hands on the handlebar and your phone in your pocket.
- Give way to people on foot, always, everywhere.
What we do
- Speed is limited by design, and reduced further inside slow zones.
- Vehicles are inspected on a cycle and pulled off the street when they fail.
- An in-app SOS reaches our team, with your ride and location attached.
- Incident reports are logged, reviewed and answered — not closed silently.
- We publish the rules we ride by, and we apply them to ourselves too.

Cities
We only claim a city once it is open. Everything else is described exactly as it stands.
Pricing
You know the cost before you unlock
Simple, visible pricing: a small unlock charge, then a per-minute rate. You always see the estimate before you unlock and the exact amount on your receipt.
Unlock
A fixed charge that starts the ride.
Per minute
Charged for the minutes you actually ride.
Pause
A lower rate while the vehicle is held for you.
Passes
Day and monthly options for regular trips.
- No charge if the vehicle never unlocks.
- If your ride is interrupted by a fault on our side, tell us and we correct it.
- Fees for misparking, damage or recovery are shown before they can ever apply.
- Every charge appears as a separate line on your receipt.

One-time verification
Confirm your phone, your identity document and a payment method once, and ride afterwards without repeating it.

Top up, see your balance, and keep every receipt and ride in your history.
Zone guidance
The app warns you before you enter a slow zone or leave the service area — not after.
Help and SOS
Report a damaged vehicle, open a support request, or reach our team urgently from inside a ride.
Arabic and English
The whole app works in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and in English. Switch any time.

See what is collected, manage notification and marketing choices, and request deletion of your account.

Parking
Park like the street is yours — because it is
A shared vehicle parked badly is a problem for everybody on the street. Parking is part of the ride, not an afterthought.
- End your ride inside a permitted parking area shown on the map.
- Stand the vehicle upright, wheels aligned, clear of walkways, doorways and ramps.
- Never block a shopfront, a crossing, a bus stop or a wheelchair route.
- Confirm with a photo — it protects you if the vehicle is moved later.
- If a parking area is full, the app guides you to the nearest alternative.
