Simple, visible pricing: a small unlock charge, then a per-minute rate. You always see the estimate before you unlock and the exact amount on your receipt.

Unlock
A fixed charge that starts the ride.
Per minute
Charged for the minutes you actually ride.
Pause
A lower rate while the vehicle is held for you.
Passes
Day and monthly options for regular trips.
Fairness
What we will not do
- No charge if the vehicle never unlocks.
- If your ride is interrupted by a fault on our side, tell us and we correct it.
- Fees for misparking, damage or recovery are shown before they can ever apply.
- Every charge appears as a separate line on your receipt.
Other charges
Only when they are earned
Misparking
Applied only when a ride ends outside a permitted area or blocks a walkway, and only after review.
Recovery
If a vehicle has to be collected from outside the service area.
Damage
Assessed from the actual repair, never as a flat penalty invented after the fact.
Pre-authorisation
A temporary hold before a ride, released when the ride is charged.
