See nearby vehicles, battery level and parking areas, and hold a vehicle while you walk to it.
One-time verification
Confirm your phone, your identity document and a payment method once, and ride afterwards without repeating it.
Wallet and receipts
Top up, see your balance, and keep every receipt and ride in your history.
Zone guidance
The app warns you before you enter a slow zone or leave the service area — not after.
Help and SOS
Report a damaged vehicle, open a support request, or reach our team urgently from inside a ride.
Arabic and English
The whole app works in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and in English. Switch any time.
Your privacy controls
See what is collected, manage notification and marketing choices, and request deletion of your account.
Promotions and referrals
Enter a code, follow a campaign, and see promotional credit separately from money you paid.
Requirements
Devices, permissions and languages
iPhone
iOS 15 or newer. Distributed through the App Store.
Android
Android 8 or newer. Distributed through Google Play.
Permissions
Location while riding, camera for the QR code and parking photo, notifications for ride and zone alerts. Each one is explained when it is requested.
Languages
Arabic and English, with the whole interface mirrored for right-to-left reading.
Your account
Controls that belong to you
- See and download your ride history and receipts.
- Manage your wallet, cards and top-ups.
- Change your language, notifications and marketing preferences at any time.
- Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account from inside the app.
- Report a problem with a vehicle, a charge or a ride, and follow the response.
