How it works
Simple to administer, private for your people
- You nominate who is eligible; each person still verifies their own identity as an individual rider.
- Personal trips stay personal and are paid personally — the organisation sees totals, not journeys.
- One monthly invoice, with a breakdown by cost centre if you need it.
- Monthly reporting on usage, cost and avoided car trips.
- Caps and limits you control, so a budget cannot be exceeded by surprise.
Organisation accounts open in a city once riding is publicly available there. We will discuss and prepare an arrangement before that, but we will not invoice for a service that is not yet running.
