Partnerships

We work with a city before we operate in it

Shared mobility only works when the street works. That means agreeing the service area, the parking and the vehicle numbers with the people responsible for the street — first, not afterwards.

Who

Who we partner with

City authorities

Service area, parking locations, vehicle caps, slow zones and a reporting cadence agreed in writing.

Universities

Campus parking areas, term-time capacity and student pricing arrangements.

Employers

Commuter arrangements for staff, with billing to the organisation instead of the individual.

Property & retail

Parking areas at entrances that bring people to your door rather than blocking it.

What you get

Commitments, not slogans

  • A defined service area drawn with you, not imposed on you.
  • Parking areas agreed on location and marked on the ground.
  • A vehicle cap we hold to, and capacity plans before term or seasonal peaks.
  • Aggregated trip and parking reporting — patterns and counts, never individual rider journeys.
  • A named local operations contact who answers, and an escalation path that has a person at the end of it.
  • Removal of a vehicle from a specific location on request, within an agreed response time.

City reporting

Useful to the city, private for the rider

  • Trip counts, durations and origin-destination patterns at area level.
  • Parking compliance, vehicle availability and idle-vehicle reporting.
  • Incident and complaint summaries with response times.
  • No named riders, no individual trip traces, no data beyond what the agreement covers.
Our city reporting is designed to be privacy-preserving by default. The reporting standard and the limits on it are published in the Trust Center so a city can hold us to them.
