How to describe us
- Describe city availability using the status published on our Cities page — pre-launch, coming soon, pilot or live.
- Do not attribute fleet sizes, rider numbers, launch dates or prices to SYIBE unless we have confirmed them in writing.
- SYIBE does not describe itself as a rental app; it is a mobility operating platform.
- Corrections are welcome and are made promptly when we are wrong.
Brand use
Using the SYIBE name and mark
- Use the approved wordmark and icon without redrawing, stretching or recolouring them.
- Keep clear space around the mark and never place it on a busy image.
- Do not combine the SYIBE mark with another logo to imply a partnership that does not exist.
- Brand assets are supplied on request by the communications contact.
