Rider Agreement
- 01
The rider confirms they are physically able to ride and hold any licence or permission required locally.
- 02
One rider per vehicle. No passengers, no cargo beyond a personal bag, no towing.
- 03
No riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance impairing control.
- 04
Traffic law compliance, and riding only where permitted by the city and the application's zones.
- 05
The rider remains responsible for the vehicle from unlock until a valid parking confirmation is accepted.
- 06
Reporting duty: damage, malfunction, accident or theft must be reported through the application without delay.

- Helmet obligation: mandatory or recommended, subject to local rules.
