- 01
A ride begins when the vehicle is unlocked and ends only when a valid parking confirmation is accepted by the platform.
- 02
Fare structure: unlock fee, per-minute rate, paused-minute rate, reservation terms, minimum fare and daily cap where applicable.

An authorisation hold may be placed before unlock and released or captured after the ride.

Maximum ride duration; the platform may end or restrict a ride that exceeds it or leaves the service area.

Out-of-zone, no-park and abandonment fees, each stated in the application before the ride.

Ending a ride remains the rider's responsibility; where connectivity fails, charges are reconciled against the last verified telemetry.
