Draft clauses
The wallet is a prepaid balance for SYIBE services; it is not a bank account, pays no interest and is not transferable between accounts.
An authorisation hold may be required before unlock; it is released or converted to a charge after the ride.
Charges are taken from wallet balance first, then from an authorised payment method where available.
Insufficient balance or a declined payment blocks new rides until the outstanding amount is settled; the account may be restricted.
Every movement is recorded in an itemised ledger with a receipt available in the application.
Currency, fees, top-up limits and any expiry of promotional credit are stated in the application.
These documents are professional working drafts prepared for the SYIBE operating model. They are not legal advice and are not approved production legal language. Before public launch, every jurisdiction-sensitive document must be reviewed by qualified local legal counsel once the corporate entity, regulatory classification, municipal permissions, insurance structure, payment provider, KYC provider and hardware structure are finalised.
