Cancellation Policy
- 01
A reservation may be cancelled free of charge within the stated free window.
- 02
An expired reservation is released automatically and may carry the stated reservation fee.
- 03
A ride ended within the stated grace period after unlock, at the same location and with no fault, is not charged beyond the unlock fee where the vehicle is confirmed undamaged.
- 04
A ride that cannot start due to a vehicle or platform fault is cancelled without charge.
