Parking Policy
- 01
End the ride only inside an approved parking zone shown in the application.
- 02
Park upright, do not block pavements, entrances, ramps, crossings, transport stops or emergency access.
- 03
Confirm parking with the requested photograph; the photograph may be reviewed.
- 04
Ending outside an approved zone may be refused, or accepted with a stated out-of-zone fee.
- 05
Abandoning a vehicle in a prohibited location may lead to a relocation fee and account restriction.
