No commercial use, delivery work, racing, stunts or off-road riding without written permission.

No account sharing, unlocking for another person, or use of another rider's verified account.

No tampering with the vehicle, lock, battery, IoT unit, QR code, tracker or firmware.

No moving a vehicle out of the service area, indoors, into a private space or into a vehicle.

No use for illegal activity, transporting prohibited goods, or evading identification.

No fraudulent payment, promotional abuse, false disputes or false loss reports.
