When SYIBE refunds a charge, in what form, within what timeframe, and how partial refunds are calculated.
Version 0.1-draft · v1 Working Draft — frozen
Draft clauses
Refund grounds include vehicle fault, platform error, duplicate charge, incorrect fare calculation or an upheld dispute.
Refunds are returned to the wallet by default, or to the original payment method where required or requested and technically possible.
Partial refunds are itemised against the original fare breakdown.
Every refund is recorded in the ledger with an approver, reason code and reference; refunds are never issued outside the platform.
These documents are professional working drafts prepared for the SYIBE operating model. They are not legal advice and are not approved production legal language. Before public launch, every jurisdiction-sensitive document must be reviewed by qualified local legal counsel once the corporate entity, regulatory classification, municipal permissions, insurance structure, payment provider, KYC provider and hardware structure are finalised.
