Insurance & Liability Framework

  1. 01

SYIBE maintains the fleet, performs inspections and removes unsafe vehicles from service.

  2. 02

The rider is responsible for lawful and careful riding and for damage caused by misuse or prohibited use.

  3. 03

Cover scope, limits, excess and claim procedure will be stated only once an insurance structure is in place.

  4. 04

Nothing in this framework excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  5. 05

Until an insurance programme is confirmed, the application must not imply that riders are insured.

Open questions for legal review

  • Third-party liability programme, rider accident cover and fleet insurance — none confirmed.
  • Regulatory classification of the vehicle class, which determines mandatory insurance.

These documents are professional working drafts prepared for the SYIBE operating model. They are not legal advice and are not approved production legal language. Before public launch, every jurisdiction-sensitive document must be reviewed by qualified local legal counsel once the corporate entity, regulatory classification, municipal permissions, insurance structure, payment provider, KYC provider and hardware structure are finalised.
