A separate, explicit notice for any processing that may qualify as biometric, kept distinct from general privacy terms so consent is specific and withdrawable.
Version 0.1-draft · v1 Working Draft — frozen
Draft clauses
Scope: facial comparison and liveness signals generated during identity verification.
Lawful basis: explicit, separate consent obtained before the capture, never bundled with the Terms of Service.
No biometric template is used for advertising, profiling, emotion analysis or sharing with third parties beyond the verification provider.
Withdrawal: consent may be withdrawn; this ends the ability to ride and triggers deletion of retained biometric references.
Retention: biometric references are deleted on account closure or at the end of the defined retention period, whichever comes first.
